Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)
We only offer an exchange in the rare case that the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate a request, please email us at shopritikasachdeva@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear images/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product only.

  • Exchanges are strictly limited to the same product; no substitutions or alternatives will be provided.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging for the exchange to be processed.
