I was sent the wrong order and received my package later than I was told I would receive the package. Although the team was helpful in coordinating to ensure I get the right package, I still haven’t received refund for the wrong order I had to ship back. When I received the package, a small link in the necklace was broken. Will have to get this fixed myself. On the whole, not the best experience this time.
